Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately I can't do any type of refund at this time (no money back or product exchanges). This is a very small shop (just me) and right now I'm not able to pay for those services. Hopefully that will change and and I will be able to improve in this department. For whatever reason if your item isn't as described, please contact me.

Reembolsos y Devolucíones

Desafortunadamente no se aceptan devolucíones ni reembolsos. Este shop es muy pequeño (solo soy yo) y por el momento no puedo pagar esos servicios. Espero que cambiar eso en el futuro y poder mejorar en esa área. Si por alguna razón tu encargo no concuerda con la descripción, porfavor contáctame.
